Filling System Piston filling system. We've tested it and it's working well.
Color Brushed or satin-finished stainless steel, with a shiny steel clip. Note that this version of the 2000 is significantly heavier (~55g) than the black Makrolon version (~25g).
Nib MEDIUM (?) 14k gold which has been plated with platinum. We're guessing on the nib size - it is not marked on the nib (we checked!), which is unusual for Lamy. It's very smooth, with excellent tipping.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with paperwork. This solid, simple, but striking pen looks really great. There are just a few small cross scratches in the finish on the barrel and cap. The clip has some scratches on the face. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The imprint is clear.
