The background on this pen, from what we can piece together: The material was used by Leonardo to make a batch of 100 of their Momento Zero Grande pens. For this specific pen, Tom Westerich modified the shape into one resembling an Omas Ogiva and fit it with an Omas Extra nib from the 1950s with great flexibility. He added the three cap bands, as well as an ebonite inner cap liner.
