Filling System Twist filler. You twist the knob on the end of the barrel and it pushes a pressure bar down to squeeze the sac. We've restored it and it's working very well. We'll include instructions on filling the pen. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Dark green and black marble celluloid with gold plated trim. The section, end knob, and cap finial are black. Three thin cap bands.
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE Swan #4 14k nib is in beautiful condition, smooth with great tipping material. It's nicely flexible, with easy line variation from a fine to a broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks, chips or personalization, just light scratches and handwear on the cap and barrel. The cap finial has faded a bit to a dark olive color, which works nicely with the green in the pen. The medallion at the top of the cap has some plating loss. The cap bands has microscratching and touches of brassing. The clip has two small dots of plating wear on the ball end. The imprints are very clear. It's a nice looking pen with an interesting filling system, and the nib makes it a real pleasure to write with.
