Filling System Twist button filler with ink viewing window in the middle of the ornate cap band. It operates like a piston filler, so you turn the button to move the piston up and down. The button is a little hard to grip.
Color Luscious pearlescent grey celluloid cap and barrel. Very wide (1") and ornate sterling silver band with Aztec patterning sits under the barrel threads. Thin sterling band just above the cap lip. Sterling rimmed clip with a gold Aztec pattern inlay in the center. Limited edition numbering (30/375 AG) on barrel. Section band has Marlen, 1998, Aztlan written around it.
Nib FINE 18k Two-toned nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an oversized, beautiful, shiny, limited edition fountain pen that commemorates the Aztec civilization in its coloring and ornate sterling silver band. The cap and barrel have light scratching and microscratching. The wide ornate sterling silver band has a few marks and scratches. The clip and cap band have a few tiny scratches. All imprints are clear.
