Manufacturer and Year Montblanc, Germany. Year unknown, though the band which anchors the clip is marked "W Germany," so it was likely made pre-1989.

Filling System It takes the "Giant" refills. A good working refill is included.
Color Burgundy (bordeaux) resin with gold plated trim.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful pen in a great color. The cap and barrel have light signs of usage. The trim and clip look perfect, though there are a few light scratches on the cone. The clip band has microscratching and small dots of tarnish. The imprints are clear.
