Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large, heavy, impressive pen with great shine and shimmer. The velvety black section and barrel have only light scratching mainly just above the rose gold end piece. The end piece is the weakest area in terms of condition, it has some small clusters of microscratching and other random microscratches which is shown in the photo below. The cap has light microscratching, mainly on the cap lip. It is shiny and shimmery. The cap band looks great. The clip has thin polishing marks. The rose gold derby looks great. The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is perfect. The imprints are clear.
