Color The barrel is vermeil (gold plating over sterling silver), the trim is gold-plated, and the cap is covered in malachite (specifically, malachite mineral ground to a powder and mixed into resin, which is then painted onto the surface to mimic the natural banding pattern seen in the stone). The clip band has serial number KM204588 etched on it as well as "Metal 2". The section is green.
Nib EXTRA-FINE 18k nib. The nib size sticker is still attached to the barrel. As far as we can tell, the pen has only ever been dipped, and never fully inked.
Condition Near mint condition in box with paperwork. There is microscratching and some handling marks on the cap and barrel, but no cracks, chips, dents or dings. This is a spectacular pen in a gorgeous color pattern, and in almost perfect condition. All imprints are clear. Ships in Montblanc box, with outer cardboard box. The outer cardboard box has scratches and shop wear. The paperwork is marked by the Montblanc boutique with the details that correspond to the pen.
