Filling System The fountain pen is officially short international cartridge only. There are some modifications you can make to existing mini converters to allow for converter usage, so we suggest you research that if you want more info as we do not have first hand experience. We will ship the pen with an unused cartridge. We understand that not all international short refills will fit the barrel, so we suggest you stick with Montblanc branded cartridges.
Color Pure white with rose gold plated trim. The cap has a triple band pattern near the cap lip. Gold end piece and gold section.
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib. The nib is single tone and a Montblanc 4810 nib.
Condition Very nice condition for this dainty, elegant pen in a shiny, pure white color with golden accents. The white barrel looks great. The gold end piece has two oval areas of plating wear and some small deep scratches; it looks as though the original layer of rose gold plating did not adhere properly and bubbled up, making it flake off. The gold section has a few deep scratches and plating wear along the lip. The cap has a hairline crack at the top. Please see photos below of these blemishes, and note that we have priced the pen accordingly. The cap band has very light microscratching. The clip looks great. The gold tassie that holds the Montblanc emblem (with black background) has microscratching. There is a serial number on the clip ring: MBPF5N334. The Montblanc emblem is perfect. The imprints are clear.
