Filling System Japanese-style eyedropper. It has the large capacity of an eyedropper pen (approximately 3.6ml), but the added benefit of a shut-off valve to keep the pen from leaking. To fill it, unscrew the section and drip ink into the barrel with an eyedropper, When you're ready to write, unscrew the blind cap a bit, which releases a rubber stopper inside and allows ink to flow into the feed. You can then close it up and get a couple of pages of writing, or leave it open for longer sessions. When the blind cap is closed, the stopper prevents temperature or pressure changes causing burping or excessive ink flow.
Color Red. There is a translucent red ink viewing window just below the section. Silver colored clip and trim.
Nib MEDIUM steel nib. Firm and smooth.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an impressive, brightly colored, shiny pen that makes a statement. The cap and barrel have light with some moderate scratching. The cap band has moderate micro-scratching. The clip has light microscratching. There is an eyedropper included in the box, but the box lacks the padded interior packaging. The imprints on the pen are clear.
