Product Description
Type Cartridge/converter filling fountain pen, working well.
Product Name Parker 45 Classic, Classic refers to the cap material. Since it has gold plated trim, people often call this the Parker 45 GT.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1967-70, based off of the cap tassie and color.
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included Parker slide converter.
Color Olive green body with flighter (brushed steel) cap, gold plated trim, an arrow clip, and a conical cap tassie. The pen is much brighter in hand than in the photos. Even though it's not all that vibrant, this is one of the "Happy Colo[u]rs".
Nib MEDIUM steel nib made in USA. It writes smoothly and has a large amount of tipping material. The nib collar says M for medium. This is not the original nib. The nib should be gold plated, based off of the trim, or gold, from both trim and era.
Condition Excellent + condition. The section has a slight bulge to it and some capping marks. There is some handwear on the cap and barrel. The cap looks great with a very nice finish. No chips, cracks, or major scratches. Ships in Parker box with a converter installed.
