Filling System The fountain pen uses the aerometric squeeze filling system. Squeeze filler tested and working well. The pencil is one of Parker's "Liquid Lead" models and essentially non-functional.
Color The color is dark greenish blue (teal). Caps are "Lustraloy", or brushed stainless steel. Arrow clips with pearlescent cap jewels.
Nib The gold nib is a medium.
Condition Excellent + condition, in original Parker "51" box. This is a lovely, beautifully colored set, in a classic design. The fountain pen has light scratching on the barrel and nib hood, but no individually identifiable scratches. There is moderate scratching on the cap. The tassie ring has some pitting on the lower edge, but the rest of the clip and the jewel both look fantastic. Some brassing on the clip. The cap jewel has some tiny chips and scratch marks. The mechanical pencil also has light scratching on the barrel, and some small scratches on the cap's surface. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
