Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA and Argentina; Ariel Kullock, Argentina -- Assembled in Argentina using Parker new old stock parts and re-manufactured parts. The "Empire State Building" cap is from the 2002 Parker 51 Special Edition. The nib and filling system are Parker-made. The section and barrel were made by Kullock.

Filling System Aerometric filler. We have tested the system and it's working very well.
Color Clear yellow resin section and barrel. "Empire" style cap from the 2002 special edition Parker 51. Pearlized jewels at both ends. Note: we sometimes see this cap described as sterling silver with vermeil, but the lack of a hallmark suggests that it's not sterling.
Nib Fine gold nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. The section has small scratches on it, likely from capping. There are some scratches on the feed, which do not affect the writing performance. The barrel has some microscratching. The cap is near perfect, free of dents or dings or brassing. The blue diamond looks perfect. The cap tassie looks great. The barrel end tassie has brassing and some plating wear. Both pearlized jewels look excellent.
