Product Name Parker 51 Fantasy Aerometric
Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts made by Argentina's Ariel Kullock. We're guessing the inner cap clutch, nib and filling system are genuine Parker, with the barrel, section and cap made by Kullock. The cap jewel is a reproduction, in an azure color. The original Parker clip has a Blue Diamond.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. We have tested it and it's working well.
Color A lovely shimmery azure blue - beautiful medium blue with a lovely pearly character. The cap and barrel are round and smooth at either end with 8 facets in the middle. The material is used for the section, barrel, and cap. The cap has the Parker inner clutch mechanism, a solid azure blue jewel, and a gold-filled arrow clip.
Nib Fine gold nib is very smooth with excellent tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. Good trim and the nib looks perfect. The body and cap material is an eye-catching, vivid azure blue. There are scratches on the barrel and section hood from capping the pen, and light to moderate scratching on the rest of the body and cap. The clip has plating wear on the edges and high spots, and there is some plating wear around the top edge of the clip ring. Note that there was probably a black plastic piece on the end of the filling system which played no functional role, but was probably removed in order to get the barrel to fit better.
