Nib FINE 14k nib. Parker 51 Specials usually had octanium nibs but they did occasionally have gold nibs.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large, shiny pen in an excellent color combination and with classic styling. The cap and barrel have light scratching throughout. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as some long scratches near the end. The clip looks great. The clip ring has a few little dots of plating wear. The black top jewel has a few little scratches. The imprint on the barrel is readable; the imprint on the cap is clear.
