Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA - 1944 (the imprint and date code are very clear).

Filling System Piston/plunger (Vacumatic) system. We've restored it and it's working very well. We will include instructions on how to fill it.
Color Velvety black body with a lined 1/10 16k gold filled cap, with a blue diamond, and a pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib FINE 14k gold nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This is a stately pen, with a velvety, shiny black barrel and a glinty, lined gold filled cap. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching all over. The cap has a few tiny dings and moderate microscratching. The clip has plating wear on the arrow end but otherwise looks quite good. The blue diamond is excellent -- fully intact. The clip ring has small, deep scratches along edges. The pearlescent jewel is perfect. The imprints are clear.
