Product Description

Product Name | Parker 51 Vacumatic |
Manufacturer and Year |
Parker - 1948 (8 with 2 dots date mark) |
Length | Fullsize Pen - 5 3/8 |
Filling System | Piston/plunger (Vacumatic) - we restored the filling system with a new diaphragm and will guarantee it for a year. |
Color | Cedar blue body, brushed steel "Lustraloy" cap. Transitional "Arrow" clip (correct to this pen, as they appeared from 1947-8). Pearlescent cap jewel. |
Nib | Perfect looking fine gold nib. There's lots of iridium. It actually is a little wider than a typical Parker 51 fine, though we can;t really call it a medium, and it certainly is a little wetter. |
Condition |
Superior, near mint working example of the classic Parker 51 Vac. Signs of light use but no real handwear, very shiny like we rarely see. Only very light marks on the cap, which is extra nice with no dents or dings. |
