Filling System Piston/plunger (vacumatic) system, which we have fully restored. It has the plastic plunger, which is correct for the model.
Color Dove grey body and lustraloy, satin finish brushed "Lustraloy" steel cap. It has a pearlescent cap jewel and a "long arrow" clip, correct for 1948.
Nib Fine 14k nib is smooth with nice tipping.
Condition Excellent condition. The jewel looks great. There is only very light scratching on the barrel. The clip is good with some really tiny dots and some wear at the top. There are some stratches on the tassie. The barrel imprint is legible. Fully restored and working well.
