Filling System Takes Parker ballpoint refills. A working blue refill is included. The mechanism is cap-activated (you press down on the whole cap to extend and retract the tip.)
Color 22k matte gold with shiny gold plated trim. The matte portions are striped with rounded rectangular clouds
Condition Excellent + condition with hardly any wear. There's some microscratching on the smoother parts of the pen and some patina in the cloud pattern but all of that can probably be polished away. (It has been left as is to accentuate the cloud motif.) The plating looks great.
