Manufacturer and Year Parker UK -- the date code says "Q" which indicates 1990.

Filling System The pen comes fitted with a Parker converter, which can be removed to use Parker style cartridges. Working well. Filling system guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Solid orange with gold plated trim. Black end pieces.
Nib MEDIUM 18k 750 nib is marked M on the feed.
Condition Excellent condition, in box, with paperwork, and with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a bright orange pen with shiny gold trim that is in a classic Parker design. The cap, barrel, end pieces, clip and trim all have a light amount of microscratching and polishing marks, especially on the trim. The imprints are light but can be read.
