Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- circa 1930, based off of the barrel imprint and text.

Filling System Button filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Red permanite body and cap with gold plated trim and the double thin cap bands. Red permanite looks like a nice red orange.
Nib FINE Parker Duofold nib is smooth and firm with great tipping material.
Condition User Grade condition. The pen looks great at first glance, but the cap bands are heavily brassed there are several cracks on the cap lip. The imprint is very clear and readable. It's fully restored and working well.
