Manufacturer and Year Parker USA - 1928-9 was when they switched to the thin double cap band, and the imprint is from 1931. The nib is a later replacement and is much younger than other components.

Nib FINE. 14k Vacumatic style nib. This is not the original nib but it's still very smooth and nice. Parker used Vac nibs if a pen was sent in for servicing and they no longer had the original nibs in stock, so you see these Vac nibs fairly often on the senior Duofolds. Excellent condition.
Condition Very nice condition. There is a noticeable amount of brassing on the cap band and the ball end of the clip. The permanite has several scratches, bite marks, discolored marks, and smoothed chips..... you'll see the worst of these blemishes in the photos. The two black end pieces have very clear ridges. The imprint is worn but still legible. No cracks or chips. From certain angles the pen looks really good despite its flaws.
