Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips in the pen. No personalization. There's some light wear on the cap and barrel. Small spots of brassing on the edges of the clip and cap band, and some wear in the plating of the gold ring that surrounds the cap jewel. The imprint is slightly worn, but still readable. It's working very well.
Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nice-sized, classically designed pen in a great deep red color. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The barrel has a small deep scratch just under the cap lip. The cap has more intense scratching than the barrel, especially around the clip. The cap band has little plating wear along the edges, but the etched pattern is intact. The clip has pitting along the edges all around. There is one small dot of pitting on the band that holds the clip. The cap jewel has some very small scratch marks. The imprints are slightly faded, but readable.
