Parker Duovac Ingenue Set - Button Filler, 1941, Striped Red, Fine Nib (Restored)

Type	Vintage fountain pen and matchinmg pencil in good working condition
Product Name	Parker Duofold Button filler aka "Duovac"
Manufacturer and Year	Parker - 1941 (The imprint "1." on the barrel is very good.)
Length	4-11/16" for the fountain pen. (This makes it an "Ingenue".)
Filling System	Button filler. We restored the filling system, and it is in perfect working condition. The pencil takes .9mm lead, and it works perfectly.
Color	Red and grey (alternating with clear stripes) body and cap with gold filled trim.
Nib	Fine nib, with just a little flex. Writes very smoothly with a wet line (we reduced the wetness a little after taking the photo, but it's still a nice wet nib.) Lots of tipping material in evidence. Marked PARKER PEN MADE IN USA.
Condition	This pen is in nice restored condition with only light scratches on the plastic. The gold plated trim is good but there is brassing and some scratches on the fountain pen trim, and to a lesser degree the pencil. The clip of the pen has been straightened so it has a bit on an arch This is a great pen which should be a dependable writer for years and years to come.
