Color Full gold-filled overlay over black hard rubber. The overlay has a pattern of "fish scales" alternating with blank panels. The clip is gold plated.
Nib Fine Parker Lucky Curve Pen nib. It's smooth and bouncy, but no flexibility.
Condition Excellent + condition. There are small scratches and light marks on the gold-filled overlay throughout, but no dents or dings. The front edge of the section overlay has some spots of brassing, but the section is completely covered in metal with no lifting edges or flaking areas. The end pieces on the cap and barrel look fantastic - no brassing or plating wear, or dents or dings. There are some touches of brassing around the side of the open end of the cap; the cap lip looks fantastic with just one tiny ding. The clip and clip ring have plating wear along the sides. The ball end of the clip has some touches of brassing. This is a unique, short pen with fantastic shine from the chased gold finish. All imprints are clear.
