Color Sterling silver grid pattern finish is one of Parker's well known patterns, called Cicelé. The trim is gold plated. (There's also a silverplate version of this pen that looks almost exactly the same, however it does not have hallmarks. This pen has the 925 hallmark on the cap.)
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nicely weighted pen in a classical design that has all of its little squares intact and well outlined in black. A number of the squares have scratches or tarnish in the middle. This is especially visible at the top of the cap and at the end part of the barrel. The end of the barrel has many little black scratches. The cap band has light microscratching and some tarnish along the top edge. The clip and clip band have light microscratching. The top black ridged jewel looks good. The imprints and hallmarks are clear.
