Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA – 1944 (the date code .4. is clearly visible on the barrel).
Length Just barely under 5-1/8" inches - Major size.
Filling System Vacumatic plastic plunger filler is in excellent working condition. We've restored it with a new diaphragm and it's working very well, it feels brand new.
Color Black with gold plated trim, the blue diamond clip, a black cap jewel, and a medium cap band with a sort of chevron pattern on it (it looks sort of like this: /////\\\\\/////\\\\\
Nib FINE 14k gold arrow style clip. It's smooth with great tipping material and just a little give to it.
Condition Excellent condition though there's some light scratching on the cap and barrel. There are small spots of plating wear on the clip where you can see hints of the silver metal underneath, as well as tiny spots of wear on the tassie ring which surrounds the cap jewel. The imprint is very crisp and readable, and the barrel clarity is really great. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. It's fully restored and working well.
