Manufacturer and Year Pelikan, Germany, 1973-1977. Pelikan has had several iterations of a "Happy Pen" aimed at the teenage market over the years, but this is the first one.

Filling System It takes standard international cartridges. We will include a cartridge with the pen.
Color Yellow barrel, black cap. Silver colored clip and cap finial.
Nib FINE steel nib. It looks pretty skinny, and may be closer to an XF, but the only documentation we can find on this model lists the smallest size produced as fine.
Condition Excellent condition. Minor handwear and microscratching. Adorable little school-type pen in a really cheerful color!
