Manufacturer and Year Pelikan, Germany -- 1988-97. This one likely dates in the first few years of that time period, based on the "W. Germany" imprint on the cap band.

Filling System Piston filling system, tested and working well.
Color Marbled blue barrel with a stripe-esque pattern. It has a black cap, end piece, and section. There is a blue-gray viewing window.
Nib FINE steel nib is gold plated and smooth with lots of tipping material. Slight plating wear, especially around the slit.
Condition Very nice condition. There is light to moderate scratching on the barrel. The piston knob has some small scratches and tooth marks. The cap has moderate scratching, and there is a deep-ish mark just above the "G" on the cap band. The cap bands and clip have brassing. The pelican logo on top of the cap looks great.
