Length 5 inches. The M7xx is based on the M400-series, but is slightly heavier due to the extra metal components.
Filling System Piston filling system
Color Black with sterling silver barrel sleeve, engraved and then partially covered in gold ("vermeil"). The clip is gold-plated with a matte finish.
Nib 18k 2-tone fine nib. It seems soft.
Condition Excellent condition. There's light handwear on the black parts of the pen but the rest looks fantastic. The piston knob is a little loose, but that doesn't affect the pen's function. The carvings are unblemished and the imprints are crisp. The matte finish on the clip is even. Ships in a satin-lined wooden box, correct for the pen; there is some surface damage to the top of the box. Ink window is clear. The Toledo pens are hand engraved, and only about 200 are available each month.
