Manufacturer and Year Pelikan, Germany -- 2007 - 2010. Pelikan made the Ductus between 2007 and 14, and the painted cap logo (rather than engraved/plated) dates it to the earlier half of this period.

Filling System This takes a Pelikan rollerball refill. A fine blue one is installed.
Color Black lacquer over brass, with gold pinstripe detailing on the cap and blind cap (reverse of Pelikan's usual coloring scheme, where the cap and blind cap are usually black/solid, and the barrel is "fancy"). A real classic with a twist.
Condition Excellent + condition. There is microscratching on the cap and barrel. The clip has polishing marks and some tiny shallow dents on the face. The edges of the cap finial have light scratching; the bird logo is perfect. No plating wear or brassing. Overall though, it's gorgeous with very little wear. The imprints are crisp and clear.
