Color Referred to as #18 this is a design with two cranes flying between Mt. Fuji and a riverbed. The clip and band are gold plated. This is a plastic pen with the artist's signature.
Nib Medium 18k nib. The tines spread a bit for a modern semi-flexible writing experience. The Japanese character on the pen is "中" which means middle. Japanese fines and mediums run finer than the Western nibs.
Condition Excellent condition, in box, including ink cartridge, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully shiny, black pen with a colorful scenic barrel. The cap and barrel have light scratching. The cap band has a splotch of plating wear along with light scratching. The clip has light scratching and some tiny dots of plating wear. The clip ring has some plating wear along edges. The section has some long thin scratch lines. The imprints are clear.
