Color Referred to as Yoshi Takumi this is a design with two cranes flying between Mt. Fuji and a riverbed. The clip and band are gold plated with black painted on the clip. This is a plastic pen with the artist's signature.
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib. The tines spread a bit for a modern semi-flexible writing experience. The Japanese character on the pen is "中" which means middle. Japanese fines and mediums run finer than the Western nibs.
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with paperwork and with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This pen has never been inked. It is a velvety black, shiny pen, with a beautiful, colorful design, that features two cranes flying between Mt. Fuji and a riverbed. The image is crisp and flawless. The cap and barrel have mainly light microscratching. The cap band, clip, and clip ring have very light microscratching. The imprints are clear.
