Product Name St Germain. This is the so called "medium" size. (There were two sizes, the medium and the large.)

Filling System Cartridge or converter filled (Parker compatible). A converter is installed.
Color Silver barrel with a pattern of lines and silver colored trim. Navy blue resin cap, also with a lined pattern. The serial number 59HBU07 is stamped on the side of the clip.
Nib Rhodium broad nib, marked B on the section threads. The nib has a "RHODIUM" imprint on it, though we understand it is steel with rhodium plating.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap has some light scratching on the surface. The clip has some light pitting. The section looks great. There is tarnish in the grooves on the barrel. There is a bit of pitting around the end of the silver barrel piece. The resin end finial looks good. No dents or dings. The imprints are clear.
