Product Name "Flat Top" 5-30 (the cap bears the 5-30 imprint) in the full slender size.
The cap has SERVICE PEN etched on it. The barrel has a personalization: "Service Pen Loaned by W.S. MC DONALD".

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well. Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Jade green radite barrel and cap with black ends (the cap end has a black band with a top piece that matches the jade green), gold plated trim, and two cap bands. The cap has SERVICE PEN etched on it. The barrel has a personalization: "Service Pen Loaned by the W.S. MC DONALD".

Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, shiny pen. The color on the cap and barrel is uniform. The thread color has yellowed and so has the top of the cap but not to the extent of the threads. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light to moderate scratching with the heavier scratching near the end of the barrel. The lever has two areas of plating wear and moderate microscratching. The cap has moderate scratching. The double cap band has plating wear and a few dots of pitting but it is otherwise gold and shiny. The clip has plating wear on the ball end, along the sides, and at the top. The imprints are crisp and clear.
