Nib MEDIUM 14k Feather Touch #5 nib is two-toned, fairly firm, and smooth with nice tipping material. The silver colored masking is platinum.
Condition Very nice condition with a nice nib. The pen has handwear and microscratching on the cap and barrel, particularly on the lower barrel near the filler end. There are a few small nicks or possibly bite marks on the barrel. There's a bulge in the shape of the cap where the plastic has contracted around the inner cap, but the cap still screws on well without binding. The trim and clip are nice with just a little microscratching on the clip. The imprint is clear. The pen is fully restored and working well.
Excellent condition for this attractive, nice-sized, fountain pen. The barrel has light scratching with horizontal capping lines and a small dot of surface chafing on the very top part of the barrel near where it meets the cap. The cap has light to moderate scratching with some light bite marks at the very top, an area of discoloration directly opposite of the clip, and two short, thin dark scratch lines rising up from one area of the cap ring. The cap band and clip have some microscratching but no plating wear. The section looks great. There are no cracks, dings, dents, or chips. The pen has a personalization, "Ann Meyer" on the barrel. The imprints are clear.
