Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, Canada. The "short round ball humped clip" dates it from around 1932, but it being from Canada makes us less certain about the date.

Filling System Lever filler - working perfectly with a new sac.
Color Roseglow (striated rose, pink, and light grey). Pearlized with lovely shine. Gold plated trim. Personalized, "N.E. Meacher" on the barrel.
Nib MEDIUM Sheaffer's two-tone 5-30 gold nib. Smooth with lots of tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a classically designed pen in a lovely, unique color pattern that is shiny. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light overall scratching. It is personalized "N.E. Meacher". The lever has some plating wear along the edges and light scratching. The cap has moderate scratching and some spider-y fissures on the top tip. The cap band has plating wear on the lower edge and light microscratching. The clip has a bit of plating wear on the ball end and light microscratching. The imprints are clear.
