Product Description
Type Lever filling fountain pen, restored and working well.
Product Name Balance, this started being called the Balance Milady around 1938 based off of the size and nib. This is a shorter length full size model, neither slender nor fat, and is not a Lifetime/White Dot model.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in Canada -- 1936-42, based off of the color and clip. The clip was formally introduced in 1935 and the color was introduced in 1936. (The barrel imprint says Canada, the nib imprint says USA.)

There is brassing on the cap band and the ball end of the clip. The visiometer is ambered, but still visible. The barrel has light scratching and handwear. There are marks near the front of the barrel from capping. There are some small tooth marks near the lever bar. The lever bar has brassing and plating wear around the edges. The imprint is clear.
