Product Name Legacy 1 - this is from the first Legacy series, which had a unique filling system in that you can use the piston "Touchdown" filler as well as cartridges.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA - probably made between 1995 and '99.

Filling System Touchdown filling system. Tested and working well. You can also use a Sheaffer squeeze converter, or Sheaffer cartridges.
Color Black with Gold plated trim. White dot. Wide 3/8" gold plated cap band.
Nib FINE 18k nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This is a large, substantial pen in a classic color with a faceted cap end piece. The cap and barrel have light wear. The barrel has a small line of wear where it meets the section ring. The cap has some small marks on the edge of the top. The section has moderate scratching. The imprints are clear.
