Product Name Sheaffer's name for this product line was Connaisseur. They worked with Levenger to create a series of transparent "Sea Pens" colors. This is from the Sea Pens 1 series. This is Model 830.

Filling System Sheaffer Cartridge or Converter. A Sheaffer converter is included.
Color Transparent blue with 23kt Gold Plated Trim. It has the white dot above the clip and a ball ended clip. This is called "Mediterranean Blue". There's a bit of a color variance on one side of the cap, possibly from ink leakage ot fading.
Nib Medium Sheaffer 18k. The nib size is not marked, but it looks like a medium to us.
Condition Excellent condition. There's some minor fading or discoloration on one side of the cap, making it just a tad greener than the rest of the pen. Otherwise, the pen is near perfect with only minor wear.
