Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA, circa 1942 (the threads that engage the cap are at a mid-point of the section). This would have been one of the first pens with the Triumph nib, introduced in 1942.

Filling System Vac-filler. The filling system has been restored by us and is working extremely well.
Color Brown and black striated body and 1/10 14k gold filled cap and trim. The cap has a lined pattern.
Nib FINE. Two tone 14k Triumph nib.
Condition Excellent condition for this classic handsome, shiny pen. The barrel has light scratching and some small deeper scratch marks on the end piece, below the lined pattern. The cap has a shallow ding to the right of the top of the clip. but otherwise it is extremely nice with only some light scratching. The clip has plating wear on the ball at the end. The pointy tip of the cap has a small flattened dent and is a little rough. The section has horizontal capping lines.
