Filling System The filling system has been restored with a new sac, point gasket and o-ring. The snorkel works in combination with the Touchdown filling system. You unscrew the knob to extend the snorkel, pull out the piston, immerse the tip of the snorkel in ink, and push the piston down. Wait 10 seconds to allow the bladder to expand and pull the ink in. Then screw the knob to retract the snorkel, and you are good to go. No need to wipe ink off of anything! The pencil takeds 0.9mm leads.
Color Blue with chrome trim.
Nib FINE PdAg nib, verging on the extra fine. Very smooth. The nib is in excellent condition with a nice round tip and minimal signs of wear. Excellent ink flow.
Condition Superior condition with no cracks or chips.
Fountain pen: There's light handwear; both the plastic body and trim are quite shiny. The hood has light scratching, and there are faint scratches on the squared end of the barrel. The imprint looks great. No brassing or plating wear.
Pencil: Similar to the pen, it's got light handwear. There are some shallow bite marks at the end of the barrel, but no other significant marks or scratches. No brassing or plating wear on the trim.
The box has some scratches around the edges, but is overall in excellent shape, with the original leaflet underneath the platform.
