Product Name Targa 1090 - FRED Force 10 Classic. The Force 10 Collection is from a collaboration between FRED Joaillier of Paris and Sheaffer. Force 10 is named for storm powered winds and the designs are all maritime based.

Filling System The fountain pen takes Sheaffer-style cartridges and converters. A Sheaffer squeeze converter is installed. There is a box of ink cartridges under the pen platform. The ballpoint pen takes Sheaffer-style ballpoint refills. A working Sheaffer blue refill is installed. Working well. Filling system guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Palladium plated with 23k electroplated gold trim. The palladium parts are modeled after nautical rope and the gold trim has bands.
Nib MEDIUM Sheaffer inlaid 18k gold nib. The section has a clear M on it, and the original sticker noting model number and nib size is also attached to the cap. (Please note that the 18k nib is a rarity on Targas.)
Condition New Old Stock condition. Light storage wear, mainly on the fountain pen (light microscratching on the gold trim. Both pieces have the original sticker. They ship in the original blue presentation box with some Sheaffer paperwork. There is a small box of ink cartridges under the pen platform. All imprints are clear.
