Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- circa 1949 (that was the year they made Tuckaways with the touchdown system, but they ended production shortly after).

Filling System Touchdown filler, which we have restored with a new sac and o-ring, it's working well.
Color Burgundy body with gold plated trim and a white dot on the pen. Black section with greenish ambered viewing window.
Nib "FF3" nib. FINE FLEXIBLE Sheaffer's two-tone 14k gold nib. Very uncommon to find a Tuckaway with a flexible nib! Please see writing sample below.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small, unique pen in a nice shiny color and with a mini-clip. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching. The barrel has a number of long scratches around the imprint and, as well, it has some bulging above the blind cap. The cap has a bulge mid-cap. The cap band and mini-clip have moderate microscratching. The imprints are clear.
