Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA, 1949. These fat touchdowns were only produced for one year, and in 1950 Sheaffer changed over to the TM (thin model) pens.

Filling System Touchdown filling system. It has been restored and is working well.
Color Black with gold filled trim, including 3/8" cap band.
Nib EXTRA FINE. 14k Triumph nib.
Condition Excellent condition, with light scratching. No cracks, dents, or personalization. The trim is nice with no brassing except for a small area at the top of the clip, which can be seen in photos.
