Type Early lever filler fountain pen
Product Name Unknown. This pen is full size, but has no clip by design. It may have been meant to have a slide on "accomodation" clip.
Manufacturer and Year Spot, England, 1929 .... their logo was a Lepoard and it is on the imprint on the barrel. The hallmarks indicates it was made by M&M Co. in London, in 1929. (see hallmark closeups below)

Filling System Lever filler .... restored with a new sac here at PSP.
Color Sterling silver overlay, with a staggered check design.
Nib SEMI-FLEX FINE. Warranted 14k nib is in excellent condition
Condition Excellent+! No cracks or chips or serious scratches, just light handwear and a few small scratches which can be seen in the photos below. There are a few rough areas in the plating on the lever box. No dents, dings or personalization. The top and bottom "domes" are excellent with no dents or nicks.
