Product Description
Type Vintage lever filling fountain pen in restored, working condition.
Product Name Unknown
Manufacturer and Year Supreme (that's the only writing on the pen) -- circa 1930s, judging by the styling and materials.
Length 4-13/16" pen.
Filling System Lever filler. We've fully restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Grey, pearl, black, and red colors with steel trim which still has hints of gold plating. The end of the lever has an imprint of an S and a U over one another.
Nib FINE steel nib is smooth with a nice tip shape remaining. It's marked "Supreme 14k Gold Plate," though non of the gold plating is left on it.
Condition Very nice condition, but we consider is user grade due to the oxidation of the steel trim. There are some scratches and marks on the cap and lower barrel, including some lighter tooth marks. There are some tiny surface cracks on the end of the barrel which are purely cosmetic, and don't go through the barrel. No chips, dings, dents, or personalization. It's restored and working well. It would be a fun pen for a beginning collector.
