Product Name Model unknown. We can't find any reference to this model of pen anywhere.
Manufacturer and Year Taccia - ca. 2000s. There's some lack of clarity as to where Taccia pens are actually made ... the company seems US based, the nibs are probably JoWo, and the pens are currently distributed by the Japanese brand Itoya. We suspect they are probably made in China or Taiwan.

Color Translucent swirly material in shades of orange-red-brown and yellow-green. Some areas of pearlescence. Shiny silver trim, including a clip, cap finial, and 4 narrow bands on the cap and barrel.
Nib MEDIUM Iridium Point Germany steel nib.
Condition Near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The cap and barrel have some light scratching and signs of usage. The clip looks great. The trim bands all look fantastic. The top disc imprints are clear.
