Manufacturer and Year Taccia - current. There's a fair amount of mystery as to where Taccia pens are actually made ... the company seems US based, the nibs are probably Sailor, and the pens are distributed by the Japanese brand Itoya. We suspect they are probably made in China or Taiwan.

Color Airline Blue - translucent blue demonstrator, with chrome trim. The cap band is 1/4" wide.
Nib MUSIC - steel music nib, very smooth. This music nib has two tines, unlike standard music nibs, which is something also done by Sailor (giving extra indication that the nib was made by Sailor). See our writing sample below.
Condition Near Mint in Box. This is a beautiful pen in a clear azure blue color. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The imprints are clear.
