Type Vintage telescoping mechanical pencil. The top unscrews for lead storage.

Manufacturer and Year Unknown, probably made around the 1900s or 1910s. The only mark we could find was a small "M"
Length 3-7/16" fully retracted, and 4 3/8" fully extended.
Filling System You simply push ring down to extend the whole of the pencil, and then you can extend the lead by turning the cone-piece. The .9mm leads fit but they don't fit tightly, and the 1.1mm leads are too fat.
Color Sterling silver, though it is not marked. Shiny blood stone jewel on top.
Condition Excellent condition. 6-sided. It's looking really nice, and working very well too.
