Color Irises color combines greens and yellows on a faceted cap and barrel. There are hints of blue and red in the green and yellow swirls even though red is not a main color in the Irises painting. Chrome trim. It posts and stays closed with a magnet.
Nib Medium steel nib. Despite not being gold, the Visconti steel nibs are very soft writers.
Condition Excellent condition. For the most part the pen looks brand new but the lip of the barrel has some fine hairline cracks. The cracks don't affect the pen's usability because the barrel is lined with metal, and the metal section scews into the metal barrel lining. There is a tiny chip of material missing next to a crack that we photographed below. It's very hard to notice. The cracks don't affect the pen's usability because the barrel is lined with metal.
